Can't Download and Install Adobe XD

I have the latest Windows 10 and the latest Adobe CC app version downloaded. The account is paid using the student discount.

What I tried:

I also deleted the CC app and reinstalled it and nothing happened. I try to download Adobe XD from the link and the CC app loads and shows the apps I've already installed. It doesn't even show me the XD app in the 'Apps' panel.

From what I see, the anniversary edition of Windows 10 begins with build number 1607. Can you try updating your OS to the latest version?

XD is not displayed if your hardware does not conform to the minimum system requirements.

Is your language set to any other language other than English in the CC app? Can you try changing the language to English if that is the case?

See Change the language setting of your Creative Cloud apps for info.

Thanks Justin - I see you do have a 64 bit OS and x64 processor, which is required for Adobe XD. I deleted the screenshot just in case there's anything confidential there.

One more question: Is there a group or system admin who is managing Adobe CC installs on your system using the Creative Cloud Packager? Or do you have an individual CC license?
