Can't open ''shared with you'' document

Hi,

I've been experiencing an issue since switching to my new MacBook Pro (2019). I’m unable to open any "Shared with You" documents or collaborate with my coworkers on them. I have an enterprise account and have tried multiple solutions:

  • Searched the community forums for similar issues.
  • Restarted my computer.
  • Reinstalled both the XD app and Creative Cloud.
  • Followed all the steps in the Adobe guide: Fix issues with Adobe XD cloud documents.

Unfortunately, none of these solutions have worked. The only way I’ve been able to access the file is by downloading it from the "Shared with You" section on Creative Cloud. However, this prevents me from collaborating in real-time with others.

 

HELP??
