Can’t view CC files on Adobe XD mobile

How do I transfer CC files to Cloud files on Adobe CC mobile app? 

I received a file on e-mail and Im trying to view it on XD mobile,

I have it stored on the creative cloud but cant seem to get it to adobe xd

any suggestions?

Forgive the obvious question(s)... do you have the XD app installed on your phone? Which phone do you have?

Yes got both Adobe XD and the Adove Creative Cloud apps latest versions

Are you able to share the link  to the  published document?

It would help if you could share the link here. Just to be sure, the Adobe XD app is an app that has to be installed from the App Store. 

Also, this is what I understood. Let me know if that is correct.

• You received a link to open a document.
• You tried opening the link in a browser but you are not able to open it.

Please note that CC Synced files cannot be viewed in the XD mobile app; they need to be saved as a cloud document within XD instead of Save As to the Creative Cloud sync folder.
