Can you make your prototype save and store artboards on other artboards?

Hi, I'm making a mobile app prototype for a uni project and it's based on recipes. A common feature of recipe apps is the collection/save/heart feature. Before I try I'd like to know if it's actually possible to create a save option to store 'recipe' artboards on a 'collections' artboards?

As you can see the + icon would act as a way to save recipes, would be pressed, and then saved into the 'Collections' artboard and featured there as an icon (similarly to the Icons displaying each recipe on the welcome page).

XD has no logic or code function, so there is no way to mark a reciepe to a saved list and the saved list intelligently know what saved items to so. All you could do is demonstrate a single "happy" path of the user flow in your prototype.
