CC SYNC PROBLEM + XD

We recently had to open a new VIP account.

The old account had a CC license with the user's email address. (Mac OS )

In the new account I added the user (with the same email address (Mac OS)
I re-downloaded CC and logged in with the username.

Currently I don't see any option to sync.
Even when I go into the settings I don't see an option for synchronization settings at all.

Plus I don't see XD at all.

Can anyone suggest a solution?

don't worry, you can still download Xd on your Mac. It should be there now, if it isn't...just scroll down until you see it at the bottom. If not, try this link now. https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop/pdp/xd .  It might will say: In Maintenance Mode. Don't worry. You just have to wait about 24 hours. And then it will be available. Don't know why. 

This is what I do with my students on the first day of classes, so that we can also learn Xd
