I checked with the team, and they said that you can go to your OS language settings and move English above Spanish. Let me know if you need additional info.

Please change it, I'm Brazilian and I use windows in portuguese language, but all my creation and code apps are in English, I got used to it since macromedia 2003, and now use the apps with the synonyms of effects and actions in my native language, is no longer ideal, besides that you have to adapt to what is more common than English, but that is precisely why I leave configured in my adobe cloud the English use of my apps, but in this Last update simply, I do not know why they unlinked the setup of the cloud for a language update by the operating system, this is very bad, because to use it English I need to use windows in English and this is not legal at all.

Please disable this and leave adobe xd obeying the adobe cloud language setting, please, please man!

Going to Windows Region Settings > Languages and moving English to the first place (making it the Default app language) does solve this issue.

However, I believe this should not be tied to the System language or at least we should be given an option.

This is even more troublesome when, for example, I live in Portugal (Portuguese) and Adobe XD is presented in Brazialian (pt_BR), I can only guess that spanish might have a similar issue (among other language).
