[Collaboration]-Adobe XD tells me "Coediting is unavailable while offline" in XD.

Hello!

 

I keep having this trouble with Coediting. Everytime I've tried it, I find the files on which I enable coediting, receive the "trying to reconnect" error and it becomes impossible to use the feature and the files have to be resaved to a local copy. 

 

I have a simple, home network on which this has happened. I've had this happen on my work's network.

I'm on an updated macbook pro using the latest version of Adobe XD.

 

Any ideas on what might be going wrong and how I might fix it?
