Error 2081:5 when trying to share or update links in XD

I'm using XD for mac. I have to deal with this headache multiple times a week where I get "Error 2081:5" when trying to create a new link or update an existing one. I always have to close out of my file and reopen it, and that tends to fix it temporarily until maybe a day or two later. 

 

But like I mentioned, the fact that I have to do this so frequently is getting really annoying. Why does this keep happening? I saw another thread about Antivirus causing this. I'm on Mac, there is no antivirus software so that's not going to be the culprity.

I am having the same issue for more than a year now. Having to restart XD to solve the issue is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I don't have the time to be doing this and my team expects changes on the fly. Adobe XD is a terrible product,

This is also an issue for me. More often than not I have to Force Quit XD. I also receiving the same error when trying to create a link.

Hi there, 

 

As already mentioned in my description, closing the file and reopening it is a fix until it happens again few days later. Same thing happens with restarting XD, as in it will fix the issue until the next time that it happens. THIS SHOULD NOT BE A PERMANENT SOLUTION.  

 

The problem is that I shouldn't always have to close or restart XD as frequently as I do just to update / create new links. Got the error again today so will have to close and reopen my files again.
