We'd like to investigate your problem - If you could share logs from your machine, this would be very helpful for us to investigate the issue. Here is a link to Adobe Log Collector Tool:
https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html
You'll get a zip file generated, could you please send the name of it?
It will be something like "AdobeLogs_20191011_081024_xxx-win.zip"
This might help us to understand the root cause of the problem.

wooooowwwww since 2019 I have had issues regarding the libraries not working within Adobe XD. Not a single solution or updated for XD worked. Several years later after countless attempts to fix it, I switched to Figma. And now, this small post seemed to fix it.... Freaking finally....

Hi, I have the same issue and also tried every step of the help page, after clicking on "more information" below "Something went wrong initializing Creative Cloud libraries". The library works fine in every other program though. Do you have another trick to load the library in XD?
