Its pupup only with Adobe XD , I use Ai+Ae+Ps+Pr+An+Lr++++++ , This Error only com with XD Befor one day i try to unstall and reinstall it and it work , today its not
I found the issue. I use three devices, but my account only works on two of them. When I started XD, it didn't give me a warning to sign out of one of my devices. I think this is only an issue with XD as it doesn't give you a message to sign out of one of your devices.

I found a Knowledge Base article for that error but for Acrobat instead of Adobe XD, but it might help:
According to the article, it looks like the culprit is the Trend Micro antivirus. If you have that, then you'd need to add Adobe XD (instead of Acrobat) to the list of trusted applications.

How do you deactivate the devices? https://account.adobe.com/activated-devices seemed to have two devices, an old one (not used any more) and my laptop, but did *not* show my new desktop at all. However other apps were working fine on this "third" computer!?!?
After removing the old, unused device the error is still here-
