I can not update and after uninstalling i only have the option to "try" or "buy" the product.

Adobe has acknowledged an issue in the version 50 update of XD, but there seems to be a straightforward workaround...
Instead of launching XD from the Creative Cloud Desktop app, try starting it from elsewhere – namely, from the Windows Start menu or the macOS Dock/Launchpad...
Then choose the "Exit XD" button, but see if it still runs.
