How to Build a simple App without Code using Adobe XD?

Hi l run a private clinic and l need to build an App to install in an iPad designed as a Patient Regostration Form for my patients when they arrive in clinic; it should only have Entry Fields for NAME, LASTNAME, EMAIL, CONDITIONS, etc, and the data should be saved inside the iPad for Record Keeping - in other words  it's just to use inside the clinic as a very elementary simple App without it being published or sold anywhere, so it's really basic - and my question is:

can I design it in Adobe XD and install it into the clinic's iPad without Code, just using Adobe XD or any other 'Post-engeneering' works done by other people?  Ideally l just wanted to do it myself in a simple way and use it without making things complicated.

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. Adobe XD allows you to create a prototype of an application which you won't be able to install. Since it's an interactive prototype, it works like an actual app but it's not an application.
