The UI kits don't live in a shared library, so each project will require you to pull in the components you need. Now, the component  can be linked back to a single document, so there is that connection available now. But you are still going to open the file and copy-and-paste them from the source file into your project file.

Apologies if there's something I don't understand, but is it really the way an advanced UI design tool is supposed to work in 2021? The "UI kits" being a single document file that we need to copy/paste from? Is there really no other way?
