I'm not sure where else to report this, but most images aren't loading on articles in the XD learning section. I'm using Safari 16.2 on MacOS 13.1. Content blockers are disabled, not that they should affect content on these pages.

Hi @Chassy, for your information, I'm able to see all the images (I'm using Chrome on a Mac by the way) adding the screenshot, could you please check if you're having the same problem also on other sites and try with a different browser?

It's a Safari-specific issue with these article pages.

Nope, no luck after clearing my cache. I'm using Chrome as a workaround - just pointing out this error since I'm assuming Adobe wants these pages to work correctly on Safari.

Hi @Chassy,

Thank you for reaching out and trying the suggestion shared. I assume you're unable to load the video on the "Safari" browser. Would you mind trying the steps suggested in this article: https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/safari/ibrw29c6ecf8/mac, and let us know if that resolves the issue?

Thanks

Harshika

Aha, that was it. I had autoplay turned off.

I'm happy now that I don't need to swap to another browser for these articles. I think that's now up to you folks to figure out how you want to manage that use case. It's a little odd that these just showed up as blank spots rather than some sort of graphic that shows a play button.
