[Install]-Facing some problem regarding installing adobe XD starter Free version.

Actually I am facing some problem installing the Adobe XD free starter version. After sign in from gmail the window showing that All is ok, But at the XD installer window showing this massege: 

We seem to be unable to reach your social network's authentication system. Please check your internet connectivity and firewall settings, then click "Retry". 

And if I change the firewall setting then a window is showing please disable your browser proxy setting and try again. But my proxy setting is already disable. 

Finally I am facing problem to install it. So please guide me the process that I should follow.

- Confirm your system meets the minimum requirements https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/system-requirements.html
- Follow the install troubleshooting guide https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install.html
