All of my installed plugins are disappeared from the plugins pan in the sidebar of the XD. However, my installed plugins are showing in Creative Cloud account. I have to uninstall and then reinstall the plugins from CC then they are showing in the Plugins pan in XD. Please guide me how to resolve this issue.

I have XD version 44.1.12 and Create Cloud app version 220.127.116.118. And working on an enterprise network.

I get the same issue. Updated. Logged out of CC and logged back in. Have to uninstall the plugins and reinstall them to reappear.
I am having the same problem. I open XD, all plugins have just vanished.
It took me quite a long time to get the right set of plugins for my work... trying many of them out, keeping the good ones and deleting the less useful... one by one.
Now, I have had to go and MANUALLY install 113 plugins, ONE BY ONE.
Adobe, what is going on over there? You guys just keep on dropping the ball....
