Interactions not working in prototype mode

hey guys!

I have a problem with my prototype. When I generate the link and open it on the desktop version, it works normally but when I open it on a cell phone, the animations don't work and the screen freezes. can anybody help me?

What make and model of phone? Which mobile browser? There was a mobile XD app at one point, but it may have been pulled from the app stores. Mobile browsers are known not to be as capable as their desktop versions, so that is part of the issue.
