Live Preview not working

I have connected my Android phone to my Mac with C cable. I was able to preview the screen few days back, but now it's not showing anything on my phone. I cleared cache, logged in again, even reinstalled - but it still doesn't work.

Please help with the issue.

Hi @Vidhi35396267r7wn ,

Could you please follow the below steps and let us know if it helps:

1. Connect USB cable before you launch the app

2. Pull down from top of screen to see notifications

3. Tap the “connected for charging” notification

4. Select Transferring media files

5. Launch XD app for the first time.

6. Open XD on mobile

Hey,
Thanks for response
But I had done this before also, and I tried again. And it did nothing.

Hate to say this, but XD is too buggy lately, so difficult to use, there is always something up with it.
