Need hover function to work without delay

Need hover function to work without delay or an option to set the duration for the function to work so that it will be convenient for the user.

Do you have a transition effect applied to the hover event? That might be the "source" of the delay.

Yes the component has a hover state and a tap is supposed to transition you to another artboard.

But what is in place between the normal and hover state? That is where you were wondering about the delay, correct? The image you show is for the the tap event, that will have the transition occur over .3 seconds.
