PANELS- Distored logo from Libraries in XD

I imported a logo from the libraries into XD but the logo looked distored in XD.  Sometime, the color gone when it is a complicate logo/or gradien or text was being cut off or distored. How do I fixed that or Abobe has any update or list that can be fix?

Hi. 

Did anyone have issues bring logo from Library into XD and the logo got distored it? See the attached.

Hi there,

 

Sorry to hear you are having trouble bringing logo from Library into XD. We have seen a similar request has been raised here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-xd/panels-distored-logo-from-libraries-in-xd/td-p/10831905 It would be really helpful if you can share the information asked so that we can investigate about it.

    Hi Harshika,

     

    It created in Illustration and vector format. I would said happens most of the logo. I just gave one as example. I can send more if you like.

    Is it vector or bitmap logo. which program you use for creating the loge?

      It created in Illustration and vector format. I would said happens most of the logo. I just gave one as example. I can send more if you like.

        • What is the OS & XD version of your machine?
        • Is it happening with all the files or with a specific file?
        • It would be really helpful if you can share a short video of the workflow so that we can understand better.
        • Have you tried importing any other logo into the XD document?

        Thanks for replying back.

        1. macOS High Sierra. XD version: 25.1.12.7, Creative Cloud Sync 4.3.20.55

        2. Happening most of the vector files created from Illustration.

        3. I have tried hundres logos into the XD document and even my co-workers have the same issues.
