Problems openning XD

Hello, I'm having problems with XD. I recently changed my computer and since then I have some problems opening XD. I already uninstalled Creative Cloud, and reinstalled again all Adobe programs. It worked the day I did it, but today when I tried to open a file I couldn't make it. Does anyone have this kind of problem? What can I do?

AdobeXD version: 22.1.12.5

I've spent a day searching and trying various fixes, and have tried:

  • Uninstalling AdobeXD via Creative Cloud several times, and then restarting my PC, before reinstalling AdobeXD
  • Editing the Registry
  • Updating the graphics cards drivers
  • Using Creative Cloud Cleaner
  • Repairing and Resetting the app from the Windows App settings
  • Taking control of the WindowsApp folder

It looks like you've already tried everything on Adobe's help page for this particular issue.

There's a handful of other threads discussing the same issue, since it looks like you've already tried everything most of them mention I'm going to suggest having a look at this thread specifically White screen of death​ where the solution appears to have been contacting Adobe Support and having them fix the issue through sharing your screen with them.

Yes, I've tried each Solution in turn:

  • Solution 1 - ALL APPLICATION PACKAGES already exists and has Read & execute and Read permissions for msvcp140.dll and vcruntime140.dll
  • Solution 2 - All drivers are up to date anyway
  • Solution 3 - I do not have the BlockProtocolElevation registry key
  • Solution 4 - not relevant as I do not have twinapi.appcore.dll in the error

We're sorry to hear you're facing trouble using Adobe XD and getting a white screen while opening XD. In addition to the solution suggested by Sjaani and Italo, I would also like to confirm if you've restarted the machine after reinstalling XD and if that didn't work either.

I would request you to please share the details with me like your Adobe ID, phone number, location and with the log files over a private message. Please generate log files using the information provided in this document <How to use the Creative Cloud Log Collector tool > After the files have been generated, upload the files to a shared location such as Creative Cloud, and share the URL with me over a private message.

I have Adobe XD in my Macbook and my work computer with Windows 10 Home , but in Windows I try to open and a blank screen shows up and after few seconds closes without any error message. I already tryid unistall and restart the system, but the behavior stills the same.

Its something I can do in this case?
