Problems uppdating link after uppgrading XD

After the latest uppdate i get an "error 52" when trying to uppdate links.

 

I can still create new link with new name, and after creating a new link, the new link kan be uppdated. 

 

But the old existing link, cant be uppdated.

 

This means that all links that i have created and shared with the client has to be uppdated, and all the clients comments are "in the old link".

We're so sorry to hear about the trouble. Please try the steps shared below:

 

  • Sign out of XD and CC Desktop app.
  • Close CoreSync and all Adobe related services.
  • Reboot the computer.
  • Sign back in on CC Desktop app and launch XD from there.

 

Let us know if this helps and in case if this doesn't help, please share a few more details like:

 

  1. The version of XD & OS.
  2. Is this happening with all the existing links or with a specific one?
  3. Do you have a personal account or an enterprise account?
  4. Are you connected to a private network or work network?

I did all you asked, and have the same bug.

1:

  • XD 45.0.62.17 arm64,
  • Creative Cloud Sync 4.21.1.1. 
  • MacOs Big Sur 11.6
  • MacBook Pro 13 inch M1 2020
  • 16 gb Memory

2: I have so many existing links that i dont want to open and try them all, but this issue i hapening on all linkes i have tried soo far.

3: I think i have a enterprise account.

4: Tried at office behond corp firewall and from home without firewall. Same result.

So after having talked to people on the "enterprise supprt" im now in support limbo without any solution.

I cant access the actual ticket because of another error on the adobe web, so i cant respont or uppdate the ticket. But i keep geting mails that i have to adress the support ticket.

So this has been a *great* support experience. Il guess il just work around the issue and provide all clients with new links. 😕
