"creative cloud services aren't activated or they aren't offered in your location" error

I get the following error message when I try to open an Adobe XD link that has been shared with me.

"creative cloud services aren't activated or they aren't offered in your location"

Not sure what this is about, but we're an international company that collaborates across countries. location restrictions would be somewhat problematic.

Sorry to hear this, but there are restrictions for various countries. For example due to US laws, Creative Cloud is not avalable in Iran or North Korea. Not sure which country is the issue for you.

I'm in Spain. I can't imagine what kind of restrictions there would be.

I get the same error in the US on random student accounts. All other CC apps work.

I was getting the same error this morning. Creative Cloud has all sorts of related 'services' running in teh background. I imagine it was one of these causing the issue. I finally restarted my computer after trying various other things and everything working fine now.

Hope this helps someone else with same problem.

I've been having this same issue two days in a row. The first day I was able to get around it by shutting down and restarting but now this is not working. 😕
