Single-line text height and custom line height cannot be matched

As I know this too values show different properties. One text line-heigh another one handling box.

So why is handling box not equal to text line-heigh in XD? They are equal in sketch and figma, is this approach correct in XD?

If you will look into css code in preview you can mention that it is compliant with css. Xd handle it different that refer to app task to work as real time editor. That can be different from sketch and figma.
