Hello dear community,
My employer(premium account) has created a file and wants to share it with the design team. When he sends an email to my teammate, he can connect in the same file and start working, but I can not open it, he gives this message (sorry, we can not open this document do)
I'm using Mac OS Big sur and other members of the Windows 10 team.
I really appreciate any help to solve this problem.
