Multiple SVG files - always crush.
This has been happening to me for several months now. Multiple machines, multiple version, multiple sources (Exporters). Illustrator crashes almost 100%, except when SVG is created in Illustrator.

In this particular case, I just need to create a couple of versions (flipped arrow and different color) which would be a 2min job in my normal flow, but I can't even open it.

Please advise.

Hi there,

We're so sorry to hear about the trouble. Please share a few more details like:

  1. The version of XD.
  2. Is this happening only with SVG's exported from XD? If not, I'd recommend posting this on Illustrator Community

We're here to help, just need more information.

Regards

Rishabh

No, this happens to most SVGs exported from multiple sources such as Figma, Invision, xD and even assets from online resources. It definitelly sounds like an illustrator issue...
