Unable to open file in local drive

File pause on loading and doesn't respond is there is any way to open the file ???

Thanks for reaching out. Please share a few more details like:

 

  1. The version of XD.
  2. Have you tried changing the location of the file?
  3. Is it saved on a local hard drive or on a network drive folder synced locally?
  4. Is this happening with a specific file or multiple files?

I use the latest version, and all new files are the same problem local and cloud and it happens with multiple files and I lose my work every day .. what shall I do ???
