Hi! My name is Wesley and I earned a free 9-month membership to Adobe XD from Google, through Coursera.
I cannot access the codes. The error message reads "APO codes not available for this product". I really need this to be sorted out as it very important for me. I would really appreciate any help and feedback.
Please help. I really need this.
Hi @Wesley272400083aj3, as I see in this conversartion ( https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-xd-discussions/unable-to-download-free-adobe-xd-membership-from-google/td-p/13114293 ) I'd follow @Atul_Saini's suggestion:

It appears that the Coursera support team would be able to assist you appropriately with this APO codes issue.
Meanwhile, I can certainly help you download the Adobe XD starter version. Please use this link to download Adobe XD on your machine: -https://www.adobe.com/products/xd/pricing/starter-plan.html

Hello AkinGn,
Following your link leads to a free trial of Adobe XD (you can see "Free Trial" in the top left)
Is there a version that stays free? I would rather not enter credit card details.
Regards,
Jon

I believe you can download the trial version without entering any credit card details and continue using it in Starter plan even after the trial ends, if I'm missing something I'm sure some other fellow expert/designer will let us know! Happy designing!

Hm. I downloaded Adobe XD from adobe.com/products/xd/pricing/starter-plan.html. It keeps saying to start a 7-day trial. And it absolutely is asking me for credit card details in order to start the trial.

I'm currently taking that course, and I was able to successfully get my free Adobe subscription. I went to the first course in the program, Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design. Then I clicked on Messages on the left-hand menu. Then View your reward.
It turns out, when viewing a course, on the left-hand side there is a listing for Discussion Forums. That's where I found the answer to my question. If you're having issues with your codes, I imagine that area will get a faster answer than trying to contact Coursera support! (Either because the answer is already there, or because someone replies to your post.)

I confirm too! I noticed I didn't answer to the prompt discussion so my Week 4 didn't have a green check on it. After doing the prompt, I immediately received the message. 🙂

So I'm a college student and I'm trying to get access the free Student access to Substance Painter, but it's not working. I tried with an account with my personal and school email but the same error pops up: "APO Codes not available for this Product."
Anybody got any idea how this can be fixed?

You need to post this a different forum. This forum is for Adobe XD.
