Unable to replace font on the missing font error in XD 45 version

I just upadated XD to version XD45.

In the documen i have some missing fonts.

When i select replace fonts the pop windows opens up but when i place the cursor on the pop up window the pop up window closes.
I can't replace font.

 

Is it an issua with this new version?

Hi there, 

Is anyone else having this issue? 

 

I have missing fonts in Adobe XD. When I go to replace the font, I right click "replace font" and the little window appears on the left. When I hover over it, it dissapears completely and I am unable to change the missing fonts. Am I doing something wrong?

 

This feature used to work before, but after a few updates it seems to be broken?

I'm using macOS Bog Sur 11.6.

 

Any tips or work arounds for this?

Thank you for reaching out. We've seen a similar issue reported here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-xd-discussions/unable-to-replace-font-on-the-missing-font-error-in-xd-45-version/td-p/12475838 and there is already a bug logged for the issue.

 

You will definitely see the improvements in the future release of XD which are coming soon.

Apparently not a priority for Adobe, too bad for daily users… how many weeks/month to get this fixed please?

How encouraging to know i'll be able to see the fix in future releases: so, no plan and no date to fix such an important feature, able to make an XD codument unusable? 

 

As a workaround, i downgraded from v45 to v44 to -get rid of the bug and discovered i couldn't open a XD v45 file with XD v44: well done, great backward compatibility!
