Unable to see the installed plugins and also not able to install the plugin in XD

Been a long time user of Adobe XD but for some reason at the moment I can't seem to get my plugins to appear. On the menu bar I don't have "Discover Plugins", I only get the "Development" dropdown. Even in the sidebar I just get the message "Get started by installing plugins to streamline your workflow", I don't have the plus symbol like I normally would have to install new plugins.

This is also happening in Photoshop. I enter into the plugin section but lack any way of installing a plugin. Just showing "You can download and install plug-ins on your device, and access them anytime from this panel." message.

Hi @JoshuaC42,

Thanks for trying the steps suggested above. Could you please share the screenshot of your About XD and About the Creative Cloud info page to check if everything is in sync?

Please also try the below steps-

  • Quit the XD and Creative Cloud desktop application from Task Manager
  • Sign Out from Creative Cloud and XD.
  • Restart the machine.
  • Launch XD from the Creative Cloud desktop app.

Let us know if that helps. We'll try our best to help.

Thanks,

Harshika

The listed possible fixes in that link still don't change anything for me.

For some reason today I've been able to gain access back to the option to install plugins (haven't changed anything).
