Unable to view the link in XD getting "Something went wrong"

Hi.

 

Have shared a design review link with a client this morning but they are unable to access the content. Instead, they are presented with an error messages stating that "something went wrong".

 

I am unable to replicate this fault on my end, so would like some advice on how to resolve this ASAP. I have tried sharing as a link and also inviting them via the built in email functionality.

There's a similar post but it was related to generating the link where the solution was to quit the Creative Cloud desktop app and restart it.

I also found this post from 2020 where there had been an Adobe server issue, so you could have them try the link again and see it's been resolved:
