Hi, I am new to Adobe XD and click on "Start a new document" twice while playing around with it. I did not save these files and closed the window.
These files are now stuck and unable to open. They are shown as multiple windows but I am unable to access them nor delete them.
Please let me know how to get rid of them. Thank you.

Hi Chong,
it looks like the files are stored in the cloud. Try to go to assets.adobe.com, sign in with your Adobe ID, and in cloud documents, check the two files.

thank you for your reply. Have you tried uninstalling Adobe XD? I can advise you to use the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool to uninstall the software and do a deeper cleaning. After completing the procedure, please install Adobe XD again and check if the problem persists.

I just tried uninstalling and reinstalling, the problem still persist.
