Update link stuck at 50%

Hi there,

When I try to update the link for development & export it for web, it just stucked at 50%.

 

have trouble shoot it, it's only happened when "Downloadable assets" is selected, I have try to restart & login to my Adobe XD,  but the issue still exist.

Hi, Amber - we're working on ways we can optimize the publish, but what's happening in the background is that your downloadable assets are being pushed up to the cloud. If you have a lot of assets being pushed up, it's going to take a while. If we try to skip steps, your developers will end up with poorer quality assets to use. One thing you might want to do is to check in your layers panel to make sure you really need all of the assets marked for batch export to be uploaded with your design spe

Hi Amber,

 

Sorry to hear about the trouble. We'll need to isolate the root cause of the issue as it can happen because of a specific asset or because of slow upload speed so could you please try changing to a different network and see if that solves the issue. If not please try isolating the asset which might be causing the issue by marking the assets for export selectively.

Hi Rishabh,

 

It's actually doing its job, I didn't close the file & realised the updating run like a tortoise, took me nearly 2 hours to finished the updating. 😮 Any chance to improve the speed?
