When I export my XD files to PDF and open the PDF in acrobat, it doensn't show the RGB colors I used in XD. It only happens with XD, not with indesign, illustrator of photoshop rgb files.
And why can't I choose any PDF presets in Adobe XD?
I think the problem is in color profile that use Adobe XD and Acrobat. Please review these two convertions about that topic.

It makes the colors faded out / washed out. I've attached a screenshot; leftside is XD right in Acrobat

My concern with the color application is that it changes costumized Opacity Rate into it's full version. Like for example, I have accent elements in my design that I purposely lowered its opacity into 15% when I export it to PDF all of the elements would show with 100% opacity. The PNG version is fine. Only the PDF one has this problem.

Hi @ACXHUB5FC6,
Sorry to hear about the trouble. Can you share the version of XD & OS so that we can test this on our end? Also, you can check this article for more information on color management.
Thanks
