XD geht nicht auf

Habe gerade XD installiert, jedoch erscheint sofort das Feld "Adobe XD wurde unerwartet beendet".

Was ist da los? Kann mir bitte jemand helfen?

Hi @Claudia29887165zpuu, as I see it this solution worked for some users, so if you haven't tried yet, I suggest checking those suggestion in the conversation here:
