Xd links don't work

Hi, Xd links are not visible. When I try to send them to my colleagues, they get the message "access requested" but when I try to allow them, it doesn't work. This has never happened, I have always generated open links and it always worked.

For some reason the links I generate are private and I don't understand how to fix this.

What happens if you generate the link again after checking that Link Access is set to Anyone with the link?

Sadly nothing, it's the first thing that I checked and it's always on "anyone with the link"
