Hello everyone, I got a new laptop a few months back and haven't been able to download Adobe XD ever since. I understand XD is in maintenance mode but would've expected it to at least be downloadable. We have heaps of XD files that I now can't open. XD is include in our plan, so frankly I'm baffled.

@Shirley31962846t5ze if you log into adobe.com and click on Apps on the left side
and then scroll all the way to the bottom of the page 'More apps from Adobe' you should be able to see it

@Shirley31962846t5ze try this:
You can download your app from the Creative Cloud website.
If prompted, sign in to your Adobe account, then click either Download or Install for your app

Thanks for your replies.
I'm not able to see the XD installer on either the web or desktop versions.
When I click on the supplied link https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop/pdp/xd then the following error msg pops up briefly: "It appears you are not eligible to download or launch the app, or your computer does not meet minimum system requirements."
Laptop is brand new (2 months old) latest spec, running Mac OS Sequoia 15.2.

@Shirley31962846t5ze yeah, that's unfortunate... I'll ask my students later today, if they can install Xd on their Macs or PCs. Some do have the latest and greatest newer M4's

In our company we face exactly the same problem.
Do you have a solution for Adobe XD to appear within Adobe CC?

Hello there.
I have not been able to download the XD application since my initial post. Adobe have been quite clear that it is in maintenance mode since mid-2024 and there will be no more updates forthcoming.
Our team has since stopped using XD so that we are not left in a position of not being able to open XD files. My suggestion would be to migrate to another application such as Figma.
Believe me I would prefer to be able to open these files instead of being left high and dry, but here we are.

If you have the correct subscription plan, it should be available. The best way is to directly contect Adobe support (not this forum), and let them get you the access.
