Hello everyone, I got a new laptop a few months back and haven't been able to download Adobe XD ever since. I understand XD is in maintenance mode but would've expected it to at least be downloadable. We have heaps of XD files that I now can't open. XD is include in our plan, so frankly I'm baffled.

Hello, thanks for that reply but unless I've gone blind, XD is not listed in mine.

@Shirley31962846t5ze try this:

You can download your app from the Creative Cloud website.
If prompted, sign in to your Adobe account, then click either Download or Install for your app

https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop/pdp/xd

Thanks for your replies.

I'm not able to see the XD installer on either the web or desktop versions.
When I click on the supplied link https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop/pdp/xd then the following error msg pops up briefly: "It appears you are not eligible to download or launch the app, or your computer does not meet minimum system requirements."
Laptop is brand new (2 months old) latest spec, running Mac OS Sequoia 15.2.

LATEST

@Shirley31962846t5ze yeah, that's unfortunate... I'll ask my students later today, if they can install Xd on their Macs or PCs. Some do have the latest and greatest newer M4's
