XD Publish link issues after big update

After the big update last week (June 2018). Now the Publish link is not working.

When you update a already publish link it starts and gets stuck on 75% and does nothing. When it do update is not the latest changes you made. The screen render/graphic does not update to what you change on the screen in the file. I have a file I open and when I go to update the link its fails and there is a 24 hr delay.

And when I "save as" the xd file to a new version and update the link it seem to be stuck on the old rendering of the previous file. So when this started happen I made new links for all my older files. But now a new issues has started the v1 xd file "partially" updates to the new link and now the new version v2  "partially" updates on the old link. It uses to be able to version up and still use the same link or if you wanted you could do a new link.

What is happen here, please fix this asap!!!!!

I am having the same issues - and once published, while I can see the notes and comments, you can't see the prototype at all for one of my files. The other file sees to be working but those prototypes are throw-aways and the one needed is the one that won't load. Can someone from Adobe please help me figure out why my file is not uploading so it can be seen?

Same issue here.

I updated to the latest Version (24th July) - and the refresh of the existing prototype link does not work. I have about 14 screens and only 4 are uploaded. The rest is not shown at all.

At this time, since I updated on Jul 18-2018, I have not had any issues with my public link. I am able to change the name of the file to a version (v1, 2,3 etc) and it still updates the same link without issues. So Far so good for me, Thanks!

I take back my statement. it still sucks! I am working with an older URL I changed the name with  new version, but try to update link same problem. The rendering does not update. but the Design Spec show no issue with this problem.

Something that worked today, was to delete all published links and upload from scratch. The upload still had a long pause at 75% but eventually did load correctly. Bummer having to share all new URL with clients, but it did work.

Things were better for a while but now I'm running into the same issue again. Hangs at 75% - super frustrating.  I have the latest version of XD.

Forget public specs, it is a shit.

Use zeplin、avocode、pxcook、lanhuapp or other tool.

We are all having the same issue in the office too.  75% and sometimes takes multiple times to upload the prototype.  Then, once it has been uploaded the screens are loading incredibly slowly (Tried on both Wifi + 4GLTE networks)

I have similar issue as discussed above and I can't reach any of my previously published prototypes (ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT).

• Which type of link were you trying to create now in newer build – Was it public, password protected or private link?

• Was the earlier published link of a different type than what you are trying to update now?

• Did you add Fixed elements to your design after updating to June release of XD before updating the links?

• If possible, can you share your .xd files so that we can try reproducing it on our end? You can upload the file to a shared location such as CC, Dropbox, or Google drive and share it with me over a private message.

It would be great to get an update on this issue.. in my opinion, this is core functionality and needs fixing ASAP.

My prototype name and date stamp are being updated on the published URL but my design still shows a previous version.

Thank for the update ,for my case It's better than earlier after the Application update but the main issue remains unsolved.

It still get stuck for long time at 75% ,Also after published newly modified / added pages getting longer time to load .

only improvement now is that files get published fully after the long waiting @75%.

Because we haven't seen a lot of issues after the latest update, I am wondering if this issue has got something to do with your network. If you are from Russia, we have seen a few users complain of the IP address to the publishing server being blocked in Russia. I have conveyed that to the product team.
