If an XD files was shared using a different account and that account has been cancelled do you lose access to that shared file?
All files has been owned by creater and must be there. What kind of problem you have?
Hi I had an employee that has left the company, so his creative cloud account has been cancelled. Any files that he worked on in XD are they now gone? I can't seem to find them.
If he cancel his account all files have to be deleted IMHO.
