Hi community,

I'm trying out the new feature of placing 3D obj into AE(beta) as a reference.

It works but the 3D model (created in Zbrush, as an obj file)seems broken...I'm wondering if anyone knows what the problem is? Thank you!

Some screenshots might help. From botched normals to the model being too complex or some ZBrush specific stuff getting in the way this could be anything.

To me it looks like ZBrush somehow exported selection masks or different subdivision levels as groups. Have you checked the model in another 3D program? You may need to export it again with different options or use another app as an intermediate step to fix the botched data.
