1920x1080 Comp at 59.94fpsRendering to ProRes 4444 | 1080i 29.97Interlace rendering seems to not hold the proper time base. Comp is 59.94 and is output to 1080i 29.97, but the rendered animation is double the correct speed. Hello Adobe After Effects Team,I would like to report a bug in After Effects where Slider Control values read from a null object cannot be used to scale the 'time' variable in Time Remap expressions when using the Legacy ExtendScript engine.---ENVIRONMENT- After Effects version: 26.3- OS: Mac- Expressions engine: Legacy ExtendScript---STEPS TO REPRODUCE1. For some reason, it only seems to work well on the very first frame. smooth edge and well defined nooks and crannies. I advance one frame and it becomes all blocky and loses all of the edges it just had, without anything moving in the frame.

frame 0frame 25I animated a cube in Cinema4D using the morph tag. The exported GLB file works perfectly when opening it in windows 3d viewer.  In AE it’s possible to select the animation but nothing happens. That’s very disappointing. Any suggestions or ideas to fix it? Would appreciate it so much! Albert

In After Effects Beta 25.1 Build 36, we are pleased to announce Quick Set Anchor, a more efficient way to change the anchor point on your 2D layers to any of 9-commonly-used-points — all the corners and centers of your layer’s edges. And it's available both from the Properties Panel and anywhere else by keyboard shortcut! Quick Set Anchor can be launched by selecting a layer (or layers!) and clicking the new Anchor Point icon next to the Anchor Point property in the Properties Panel, creating a temporary pop-over Quick Set Anchor Dialog that allows you to click your preferred anchor point location, automatically close the dialog, and be on your way!   Besides the Anchor Point button in the Properties Panel, you can also bring up the Quick Set Anchor Dialog by using the keyboard shortcut Shift + Tab to create the temporary pop-over right below your mouse, ready for you to click your anchor point of choice without taking your eyes away from your comp content. Like in the title. All substance materials that are not used in any 3d meshes are removed from project panel during saving. If it’s intentional it should be a preference during saving? I’m pretty sure I’ll be making projects with a full folder of substance materials - a project material library of sorts - that I’ll want to be switching between while working. It will be impossible if every time I save the project. all unassigned materials disappear :/

The Advanced 3D Renderer is making slow but steady progress. However there are really two main areas I’d like to highlight here that severely limits artists to leverage having decent 3D renderer native in AE. HDRI WorkflowUsing an Environment Light with an HDRI assigned has limitations.You can’t rotate the environment inside the Environment Light You can't utilize the HDRI layer's effects to influence the Environment Light as it reads source only. You can precomp your HDRI and manipulate it before hand but now AE does not know that the data should be kept linear instead of the automatic gamma conversion for the purposes of the Environment Light. You can linearize the data manually, but now there is a new problem where if you want to use the same HDRI also as a backdrop, you cannot apply the gamma again because for Compositions, effects applied on it's layer in the maincomp DO get taken in to account for purposes of Environment Light where as the direct HDR file as a layer does not have

We’re excited to announce that as of After Effect Beta 26.2x25,  the blue text property values in your timeline (you know, the ones that you can drag on to change*) has a fun new capability, and we're calling it Proportional Scrubbing.You’ve probably selected a bunch of layers and then scrubbed on the Position X property to mass move them all left or right at the same time, or scrubbed on the Rotation property to rotate them the same amount. Now, with Proportional Scrubbing, you can select a bunch of properties across multiple layers and affect them differently — all at the same time.To use Proportional Scrubbing, simply select a bunch of layers in the order you want to affect them (from least to most) and hold Cmd+Opt on a Mac or Ctrl+Alt on a PC while you scrub the blue text values of any of your selected layers.Instead of just applying the same value change to all layers, the first layer you selected's property value won't change at all, the last layer's property value will change t

Can't double click and go into a precomp (if it marked as Vector "*")When I double-click a precomposition marked as vector, nothing happens.If I unmark the vector, everything works normally.

When you reopen file with torus or sphere mesh with sbsar meaterial texture, taht meshes does not display materials. Cube mesh is applied and displayed correctly. To see material on the sphere or torus I have to manually change material to other and switch back to the initially applied.GPU 5070 Ti.

When I import a video, it becomes too wide. The scale is normal, but it looks like the video is too wide when it isn't.
