Custom Shortcut - Unable to set SHIFT + N, where N is an integer from 1-6. I’d like to be able to use SHIFT + N to navigate Comp Markers; like in the good old days. FWIW, 1-6 are already set up for the 3D Gizmo - so, I was hoping to use the SHIFT + N for navigation purposes. So, it seems like the system locks shortcuts SHIFT + N (N=1-6) for navigation even when the user has selected to use 1-6 for 3D Gizmos.I can get the shortcuts SHIFT + M (M=7-9) to work for navigation purposes. This is super-weird wildly awkward to delimit the application’s features in this manner - is there an easy way to workaround this via a PREFs TEXT File? TIA 

Script UIs are taller in Beta Build 26.3.0.045 - either the font or gaps are bigger - should be easy to test on your end by opening up the same script in V25 and V26. I’m here if you have Qs.TIA

Can't double click and go into a precomp (if it marked as Vector "*")When I double-click a precomposition marked as vector, nothing happens.If I unmark the vector, everything works normally. 

On MacOS, After Effects Beta 25.5, After Effects 25.4, After Effects 25.3, 25.1 this issue seeems universal on my device. Downgrading to AE 24 or AE 25.0 seems to fix this problem.All settings are default. All plugins uninstalled. Shutter speed is 180 and -90. So this is not the issue at hand.No matter what I try, when in a composition, on any image file format (gif, jpeg, png, webp), after a keyframe is put down with motion blur, the motion blur persists and remains a constant. When clearing the cache, the issue goes away. The video renders without this motion blur error, so the error is unique to preview/cache.

macOS環境において、After Effects 25.3以降（現在の25.4含む）で OutputModule.file に日本語のファイル名を含むパスをスクリプトから設定しようとすると、出力ファイル名が ？？？.mov のように文字化けする不具合が発生しています。■ 発生条件：• ExtendScript にて以下のようなコードを使用し、出力ファイルを設定する場合：outputModule.file = new File("/path/to/保存先/動画_日本語.mov");• fsName・absoluteURI 等では正しく日本語が表示されているにもかかわらず、After Effects のレンダーキュー内のファイル名表示や、実際の出力時にファイル名が文字化けします。手動で Render Queue のアイテムを一つずつ保存先の設定を行うと、保存先の文字化けと、ファイル名の文字化けが解消されます。⸻■ 動作確認環境：• マシン：Mac Studio M3 Max• OS：macOS 15.5（日本語環境）• After Effects バージョン：• 25.2.2：日本語フォルダー、ファイル名をScript から自動設定しても正常に反映（問題なし）• 25.3 / 25.4：日本語部分が ??? に変換され、意図したファイル名になりません⸻■ 補足：• ASCII文字のみ（例: Test123.mov）のファイル名では正常に動作します。• File.fsName では正しくフルパスが表示されているため、OutputModule.file に代入した際の内部処理（エンコードまたはフォーマット変換）に問題がある可能性があります。• 日本語や記号（例：漢字、ひらがな、全角カナ、全角記号など）を含むフォルダー、ファイルを使用するプロジェクトでは、スクリプトによる自動処理が機能しなくなっています。Output Module: の項目が、日本語が含まれている部分、01_日本語フォルダー名　が　01_?????????? となってしまい、手動でひとつずつ保存先を再設定すると、文字化け(????.mp4)という名前のファイル名も日本語に正しく変更されます。 ⸻■ ご対応のお願い：日本語を含むファイル名がスクリプト経由で正しく扱えなくなるこの仕様変更（またはバグ）

Hi, your object matte upgrade of rotobrush is fantastic, but I am facing lot of strange behavior, often with error message and sometimes with AE crash..One of the most frequent bug I experienced is the offset of selected matte in time - like the object tracking is frame or two behind the video. Sometimes it happened in the middle of tracking, sometimes (with the same footage) it happened from the begining.. And sometimes it is all OK..As I wrote, this is the most frequent bug I meet.. frame 0frame 25I animated a cube in Cinema4D using the morph tag. The exported GLB file works perfectly when opening it in windows 3d viewer.  In AE it’s possible to select the animation but nothing happens. That’s very disappointing. Any suggestions or ideas to fix it? Would appreciate it so much! Albert  

When you reopen file with torus or sphere mesh with sbsar meaterial texture, taht meshes does not display materials. Cube mesh is applied and displayed correctly. To see material on the sphere or torus I have to manually change material to other and switch back to the initially applied.GPU 5070 Ti.

When I import a video, it becomes too wide. The scale is normal, but it looks like the video is too wide when it isn't.

AE BETA 26.1.1 BUild 33MAC OS TAHOE 26.23.8Ghz Core Intel i7AMD RADEON PRO 5700 XT 16GB Dragging an asset in the project window onto the folder icon crashes AE BETA. Is fine if the folder is created first and then item dragged into that.Works fine in 26.0.0 Build 67 

I just updated my AE beta (Nov 14) and now it's unable to open. dvastorage.dll not found. I can not Copy paste any dll file in the support files folder because it's requesting admin rights. Even my IT admin doesn't seem to have admin rights for this folder.

When linking Premiere with After Effects, the screen goes black in After Effects, and Premiere displays a red layer, indicating image loss.

After replacing a sequence with an After Effects composition, the clip is not visible.

Steps to reproduce:    1. During tracking operations, as soon as an error message pops up - tracking layer "later 1 terminited prematurely" the software crashes and cannot be worked with. Result: the software crashes You need to do a force quit to crash the Mocha software.Expected: After you click OK on the message, the software will continue to work as usual.This problem does not exist. System info    Application: After Effects (Beta) v26.0.0.8    OS: macOS v15.6.0, RAM: 96.00 GB GB, CPUs (logical): 24

While test driving the latest beta I realized the orientation of Environment Light env maps is incorrect. Here is an example of a simple scene with a metal and rough ball so it's clear.   Would also love to have the ability to use effects on an environment map assigned layer source (.exr/.hdr) so we do not have to precomp it. The reason is for doing things like this but also potentially grading your HDR map.   I think most of this annoyance can be solved by implementing environment map rotation controls for all axes in the Environment Light.

I get this error when I try to render anything from the render queue. After Effects (Beta) error: internal verification failure, sorry! {unexpected match name searched for in group} (29 : I tried all the suggestions in this thread https://adobe.ly/3V6XGJF and no matter what I did it doesn't work.Any suggestions?

Hey everyone,I’m running into a strange issue. When I select a clip in Premiere Pro and use “Replace with After Effects Composition,” it opens After Effects but creates an empty comp,no media, no layers, nothing.I’ve already tried restarting both apps, saving my Premiere project before linking, and making sure I’m selecting an actual video clip (not an adjustment layer or nested sequence). Still the same result.Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas what could be causing it?Specs:Premiere Pro version: Latest BetaAfter Effects version: Latest BetaOS: Win 11Thanks in advance!

I tried to increase the volume of my system (volume icon, "taskbar") my screen froze and went black and then that error came out! my GPU is a Gtx 1660 (driver studio last update "yesterday") this problem already It even comes from 2023 but before it did not give this message... it only turned the screen black and in the worst case the video was not given again but rather I restarted the pc

 While working, the screen suddenly goes black and then this error appears... I'm using a 2060 Super. I updated the driver, but the problem still happens. How can I fix this problem?

(5080 card installed)4. Go to Task Manager | Performance (to view graphs) Result: ... When exporting an AE project via AME it tells me that hardware exporting is not available.  Newest nVidia 5080 is in place. AE 25.6.0 Build 88i7 11700K processornVidia 5080 with Studio Driver 

I'm using Mesh Warp a lot on my current project, and it's infuriating how every time I drag one of the Mesh Warp points, after about 1 second of successful dragging, the point gets "dropped" and just stops moving, as if AE has said "you've had long enough to position this point, THIS is where it's going". Obviously the point should remain "live" for as long as I'm dragging it around. (And I'm not dragging anything weird - I have a 2 x 3 grid on a 1080x1920 comp which has 2 layers, both of which are reasonably sized). This bug exists on both the Beta version and the latest public release. System info    Application: After Effects (Beta) v24.5.0.32    OS: Windows v10.0.19045, RAM: 127.91 GB GB, CPUs (logical): 32

I get this error when trying to Make a Clip in premiere an AE CompostionAfter Effects (Beta) error: could not parse mask shape on clipboard. cheers ray
