Can't double click and go into a precomp (if it marked as Vector "*")

Can't double click and go into a precomp (if it marked as Vector "*")
When I double-click a precomposition marked as vector, nothing happens.
If I unmark the vector, everything works normally.

    I noticed that absolutely all precompositions that are marked as vector do not open when double-clicked.
