Numpad 0 for cache/playback doesn't work when active in the Effects Controls window

The usual behavior used to be that no matter where in the UI, you hit Numpad 0 and AE starts caching/playing back the timeline. Now when in active Effects Controls window it doesn't work. When in Comp, Project or any other window, it works fine.
