Cineware and Cinema 4D Comp Renderer Update

Adobe Employee ,
Sep 16, 2021 Sep 16, 2021

We are excited to announce that AE Beta 22.0.0.98 is now ready, including updates to the Cinema 4D installer, the Cinema 4D Comp renderer, and version 4.0 of the Cineware plugin by Maxon.

Both Cineware and the Cinema 4D Comp renderer have a simplified engine configuration and will now launch faster. Cinema 4D version R24 is required and is included in the AE 22 installation.

Please jump in and test out the new Cinema 4D components! We’d love to hear your feedback on how it is working for you, especially in tandem with other new features in the beta such as Multi-Frame Rendering and Speculative Preview.

Thanks!

Hello @Rapheal5E36 ,

The big feature of Cineware 4.0 is the addition of compatibility with MFR (available in the current beta build). It also includes some infrastructure upgrades and bug fixes.
