GPU Memory Management improvements

We are excited to announce that we've just pushed some small improvements to beta for the way we manage memory on integrated GPUs today. If you use a discrete card, you shouldn't see any differences.

The old system was generally aggressive around freeing up GPU memory, so this should result in some modest improvements in render times GPU-intensive compositions.
