3d like animations in Flash

I'm looking into web possibilities in Flash. I have come across an impressive site the url is below.

Is this created in Flash?

I'm thinking it is some sort of component plug in judging by the pixelated edges of the rectangles. Maybe not. If anyone knows or has some suggestions as to how to pull this off or knows of a plug that achieves the same technique please let me know.

Pretty sure that's Papervision (which is a set of 3D libraries for Flash), and not a very demanding scene. You could do something like that with the standard features of Flash 10, though you would have to do camera motion control things that are also built into Papervision.
