Adding Shape Hints Makes Tweens Disappear

I added shape hints to a shape, all the hints correspond, but then the shape disappears in the tween between keyframes.  Why is this happening?

Shape hints has always been a little tricky. Sometimes to get it just right you have to add more shape hints. Make sure all you hints match up from one frame to the other.
