why are you using a non-current version?
do you have an out-dated os?
i am using a gatway laptop and i hate the look of adobe animate 20-22
you answered neither question.
Does your system meet the minum requirements? AnCC can be a resource hog at times - please update to the latest version via the CC app and update us to whether or not this fixed the problem.
